Return Policy

At Encore Collect, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

• A £5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked postage service.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with any tags attached.

After the 14-day window, we can still help:

• Items may be accepted as consignment or purchased at a buy-back price determined by the shop.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
